Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
| Hey, What's for Lunch?Executive ToursIn general, we limit our tours to 14 prospective customers. On those tours, lunch is not provided. This is because we choose to use our time going to and through as many properties as possible. However, on our larger tours, given on 30+ passenger buses, lunch will be provided to all of our guests.
Bus ToursFor our tours given in 30+ passenger buses, we will provide lunch at a high-quality, central location. Often times, tours in central Nassau County break for lunch at the Tin Alley Grill on Stewart Avenue, across from Roosevelt Field, at Noon on Saturday.
Lunch in other counties will be served in a variety of more local, well reviewed restaurants. Lunch will be served buffet style, and our investors will have the opportunity to meet, greet, and hear short talks with the Director of Tourism, David Farrell. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner of RE/MAX Village Properties in Mineola. More importantly, Mr. Farrell is an auctioneer and appraiser who has handled well more than 3,000 foreclosed properties. In addition, the following professionals will be available throughout the lunch and the rest of the day to answer any questions purchasers may have. Eric Prusan, Esq. - a well known Nassau County Attorney located in the County Seat and having handled Real Estate closings for more than 20 years. One or more Mortgage Agents from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Ray Wilson, A Licensed and Insured Home Inspector Kevin Westhall, Licensed and Insured General Conractor. Other Real Estate Professionals will attend based upon their availability.
