In addition, our Mortgage Brokers have agreed to pay for your appraisal and waive numerous fees on your mortgage and to give you the best available rate based upon your credit score.

Our Title Company has agreed to waive incidental costs.  While the actual title fees are mandated by NY State Law and cannot be legally discounted, there are other fees.  This company will guarantee to waive all incidental fees, like bankruptcy search fees.

Finally, our Home Inspector, General Contractor and all other Service Professionals involved with our company will provide a mininum of 25% below their normal fees as part of their membership in LIFT Tours Real Estate Professional Group.
